We play songs with purposely different frequencies, into each ear 

We’re using binaural beats, sometimes referred to as pyscho-acoustic medicine. They’re two, ALMOST identical tones played at the same time; one being sent to your right ear, and the other sent to your left. Which is why this requires headphones.The two tones are set at different frequencies. You can’t decipher the different frequencies, but the brain can. This tricks your brain into concentrating its efforts into syncing the two noises so it can interpret it as one. Because it’s concentrating on syncing the two tones, it’s far more immune from distraction.

Do I need to use the app for the supplements to work?

How do I use the app to optimize my day?

Let’s pretend you’re about to sit at a computer and work on a proposal for the next several hours. Open the app. Put on your headphones. Choose the “Problem Solving” task. Choose your vibe/music. How do I use the app to relax?

In the app, I’m supposed to pick my task, tone, and vibe. What is the difference?

The task tells our technology what frequency your brainwaves should be firing at to most optimally perform the chosen task. Then we distribute you the correct frequencies via the tone. These tones sound something like a pulsating tuning fork. They should be subtle. You should barely hear them. Pick the one you like hearing the most, and it will have automatically been optimized for your task. And lastly, the “vibe” essentially just means song. Although it’s just preference, the more aggressive ones are for work and the more chill/space/rain sounds are for relaxing and sleep prep.
